Gardens at Lake Merritt
666 Bellevue Ave, Oakland, California
Autumn Lights Festival is a two-night community event, October 16-17, 6:00-11 PM. Held inside the seven-acre oasis of themed gardens nestled in Lakeside Park, it is a collaboration of the magnificent Oakland and Bay Area art community and our public garden.
Help us raise funds for our beautiful new entrance gate plaza. All profits go to this. We have exquisite iron gate designs for each entrance created by a local artist, and plan to set them in landmark-worthy landscaping and hardscaping that wraps from the Garden Center to the road and deep into the gardens. The artists bring incredible, enormous installations made with light. Last year, the festival welcomed nearly 3,000 adults and kids per night, who all strolled peacefully through the Gardens at night, and marveled at the mesmerizing installations. Food Trucks! Silent Disco! Entertainers! Come on out! Please share.
